    Ok guys starting weight was taken last Monday and was 237lbs. Today's weight is 227lbs. That's 10lbs lost!!!!!

    Yeaaah :D

    Hope everyone else weigh ins went well today

    Exante TS was using Xenical and eating low fat and low cal. Exante baby!!!
    I lost 10lbs in my first week...it's such a good feeling isn't it?! Well done you!!!

    Healthy eating with calorie/amount watch and exercise.everything in moderation.
    Amazing.Im soo jealous.I've done 2 but not really dieting but changing lifestyle to healthy eating.
