Boy was I nervous stepping on the scales this morning for the first time in a week, I've been so tempted to have a sneaky peek but I've been good!!
I just had to tell someone.... I've lost 0.4 :bliss:

I am soooooo happy with myself I was so nervous that I was going to fail!

I bought little weights over the weekend, they came in a pack and included 2 1lb ones, 2 2lb ones and 2 3lb ones - do you have any idea how heavy the 2 2lbs are??? to imagine you are that much lighter in a week is just fantastic!!!
