Just out of interest I've just put today's food into MFP it's come up as 599cals but 69g carbs, is this too high?
I've seen people saying it should be around 60?
I've been 100% today so I should be okay right?
I want to get into the habit of using MFP now as I plan on using it to help me maintain once I get to goal
EDIT! It's actually now come in at 76 as I forgot to add my skimmed milk
