Just out of interest I've just put today's food into MFP it's come up as 599cals but 69g carbs, is this too high?

I've seen people saying it should be around 60?

I've been 100% today so I should be okay right?

I want to get into the habit of using MFP now as I plan on using it to help me maintain once I get to goal :)

EDIT! It's actually now come in at 76 as I forgot to add my skimmed milk :(

No you should be fine as the plan is only designed to put people lightly in ketosis and most of the weight loss will be through the large daily calorie deficit compared to your maintenance level which for most of us will be around 1800 - 2000 calories. I am refeeding now and have between 60g and 70g of carbs each day (use MFP to calculate them) but I wouldn't stress about 76g either. If you lost over 7lbs in the first week you're doing just fine :)
 
Thanks borders girl :) I thought it would be okay as have just been 100% but was a little concerned. X
