My Food Diary :) x

Just read your diary. I'm quite new to this as well, on my 2nd week. Know exactly what you mean about weekends - a couple of glasses of wine & that's my syns gone! :eek: And then there's the nice food to go with the wine....

Hi!How are you getting on?Are you a
Member or from home?Yes if only drinks didn't count!I have a real sweet tooth so that combined with alcohol...!x
 
Plan for today....
Bfast- 2 quorn sausages and beans and a banana
Snack- apple
Lunch- jpot,ham and salad
Snack- jelly with mullerlight (1syn)
Dinner- turkey pasta bake (hexa cheese hexb breadcrumbs) with lots of veg

Swimming in evening x
 
And it's expensive too... From what I hear some classes are hugely beneficial whereas others not worth the money.oh well,as long as the weights going down cant be doing too badly!x
 
Today's food...

B- one quorn,one rosemary and onion sausage
L- leftover pasta bake from yesterday
S- banana,apple and muller light
S- 1 piece of toast with Philadelphia spread (hexa and b)
D- sharing platter of cold cuts with a small bowl of chips and a glass of prosecco (unsure on syns but am using some from previous days) x
