Have been doing Slimming World for a year now. Have lost a total of 2 stone 4 pounds. I now weigh 9 stone 10 woohoo! Used to go to the weekly group sessions but now I don't seem to have the time, but I still keep the diet up. I find its more a way of life now, not a diet. Its easy and I never feel hungry. I don't feel that I necessarily need to lose any more weight but would like to keep it off as I'm happy as I am now. I'm starting this diary to see if anybody can suggest new ideas as I strive to find new foods to eat as variety really makes it sooo much easier!!
Saturday 14th August 2010 – Green Day
Breakfast: 2 slices of toast - Nimble brown bread (Healthy Extra B) with Marmite (Free) and Flora Light (2 Syns)
Lunch: Tomato and Herb Mug Shot (Free), Mullerlight - Vanilla Sprinkled with Dark Chocolate (1 Syn), Whole bunch of grapes (Free)
Dinner: Slimming World Chips (Free), Beans (Free) and Tesco Low Fat Cheddar Cheese (2 X HE A)
Snacks: Strawberries with artificial sweetener (Free)
Drinks: 2 x Coffee with skimmed milk and sweetener (2 Syns for milk), 1 x tea with skimmed milk and sweetener (1 Syn for Milk), Diet Coke (Free), Water (Obviously free lol)
Total Syns: 6
Overall a good day but missed out on one of my Healthy Extra B’s – feel full and don’t fancy anything else. Maybe a slice of toast later if I get the munchies.
