Thanks both.

I think this weekend is gonna be another tempting one but I'm gonna stick to my Syns and do some planning before hand.


Dh and I are going to Wigan on the weekend to visit some family and we are going out for a meal together. Then on Tuesday hopefully (depending on the snow) I'll be going to Nottingham with my SIL to see my other SIL, so no doubt she's going to cook lots of tasty food which I really can't say no to even if I wanted to lol.


Today's Diary

I'm hoping that the snow clears up a little bit tomorrow as I'm hoping to get some healthy snacks for the train journey on Saturday. Plus I want to get some more Babybels as they're on offer ATM at Asda for £1.

do u usually have only one meal proper meal a day ?
 
My weekend away was nice. It was good to spend some time with family. Our train got cancelled on the way back to London so instead of taking 2 hours to get to London from Manchester it took 4 hours.

Went out for a meal on Saturday night and had salmon, rice and veggies was yummy. I did have some Quality Streets on Saturday though (I knew I shouldn't of brought chocolates as a gift) and my uncle gave me a big bar of Galaxy chocolate to take back to London with me (who can't say no to chocolate?). Dh has already eaten most of it though...


I'm off to my SIL's tomorrow. She has already told me that she has spent all day cooking food for us so tomorrow is going to be another day "off plan" as dh has suggested that we get a takeaway in the night as well argh.


Not looking forward to the weigh in on Thursday.

Last week was pretty much off plan all week :( I'm hoping to draw a line under it and get back on track. I'm not going to weigh in this week but will weigh in next week.
 
Tuesday 14th December - Green Day

Wednesday 15th December - Green Day

I didn't wake up for something to eat before fasting as I slept pretty late and ate in the night

I really don't feel like something to eat now after all that chocolate :/ I may have some more channa chaat later.

I've woke up today feeling really hungry. I don't feel that I ate that much yesterday or maybe it's because I am used to do doing green days? I'm currently looking at some red recipes now as hopefully tomorrow will be another red day.

I was going to do another red day today but I decided to go for green instead as I wanted chicken curry for dinner (shared with dh) with lots of rice.

Today I don't have any appetite at all (despite being hungry last time/this morning). It's nearly 5pm and I still haven't eaten lunch. My weigh in is tomorrow so wish me luck :D

Yesterday was totally off plan due to having dinner at my dh's aunt's house in celebration of him getting a new job. The dinner consisted of biryani, kebabs, curry, roti and methai (Indian sweets). Lots of sugar and oil.

Anyways plan on plan for today...

I have a strange craving for cupcakes though *must resist temptation*. :cry:

Hoping to do a red day tomorrow but shall see what happens. Got a busy day ahead. Going to Central London in the morning to apply for dh's new passport, then going to the cinema hopefully & then to ASDA (again) to get some more supplies. Would you believe it that I bought 6 Skinny Cow ice creams and dh ate 5 of them in less than 2 days (he ate three of them in one sitting because he was feeling hungry, lol)? :eek: I ate the last one before he could. :cool:
 
I'm happy to report a 2lb weight loss since my last weigh in. ;)

Yesterday didn't go to plan as such.
Going to get dh's passport stressed me out a little as there was a lot of people and the consulate was seriously understaffed. After that we went to see the new Narnia movie (dh's choice) it was okay but wasn't that good.

I started with a good breakfast of 2 Alpen Light bars but then at the cinema me and dh shared some salted popcorn and full fat coke.
Then I bought two cupcakes from ASDA.

Back on plan today though and it's gonna be a red day today. Will be back to update my day later on.
