Love the look of your meals.

I have been Gluten free for a few years now due to health issues and this year was going to go Vegan but with lockdown and not been able to shop regularly and having to now eat up what is in the freezer have put it on hold for a month. But your pics will inspire me to start afresh February. :)

Being gluten free is such a pain, do you have bread? I’ve found a really nice bakery online that does the nicest bread, happy to share the site with you if I’m allowed!

I’m the same with my freezer though it’s full of vegan processed stuff that I need to get through!

I don't eat much bread. Only when I go down to see my son. I usually buy Tesco sliced or M&S cob.
It is expensive to eat it all the time. I eat Morrisons G/F crackers most of the time.

Looking at your pics you wouldn't think they are Vegan meals.

It is so expensive you’re right, especially if you want something that doesn’t have the texture of cardboard!!
 
Tonight’s tea was meant to be Tom Yum noodle soup but I forgot to buy noodles :( so had it with a microwave wild rice bag instead!

What's your recipe for this the sauce looks amazing!!!!!!! 🤤
I used a tom yum paste I got from the local Asian grocers, and they also sell frozen Tom yum kits which have the whole ingredients (lemon grass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves and chilli) and it’s so good!!
I just add coconut milk and some stock and any veg I wanna add and leave it simmer x
