Well Im going to start keeping a proper record here so if I do really well one week I can quickly check back through what I have eaten and then do the same again....forever ha ha.

2 Table Spoons of Brown Sauce : 2 Syns

Lunch :

1 Sweet & Sour Mug Shot : 1 Syn(? might be free?)

TEA :

Grilled Fillet Steak : FREE
Sllimming World Chips : FREE
Brocolli & Carrotts : FREE
2 x Slimming World Pancakes : 3 Syns

TOTAL SYNS = 6

Wednesday 17th Feb (day trip out with the little one)

Drinks :
1/2 pt SS Milk : HEXA (used for tea throughout the day)
Diet Coke x 2
2 pints of iced water

Breakfast :

1 small Tin of Beans : FREE
2 Poached Eggs : FREE
3 Rashers of Grilled bacon (no fat) : FREE

Lunch :
(frankie & bennys)
Pasta & Meatballs with tomatoe sauce : No idea on syns only that it was the best thing on the menu I think, and it barley had any sace on anyway

snack in cinema : Golden wonder lights : 4.5 Syns

Tea :

SW Lamb Rogan Josh : 1 Syn
Boiled Rice : Free
1 Asda Wholemeal Pitta : HEXB

Before bed snack : 1 Alpen Light Bar : 3 Syns

Total Syns? 8 Deff + Frankie & benny tomato sauce?
 
Thursday 18th Feb :

Drinks :
1/2 Pint SS milk : HEXA (used for tea in the day)
Diet Coke : Free

Breakfast :
2 Grilled bacon : Free
2 Poached Eggs : Free
1 Asda Wholemeal Pitta : HEXB

Lunch :
NOTHING (I was out & About & forgot : TUT)

Tea :
Diet Coke Chiken with peppers & Onion : Free
Boiled Rice : FREE

SYNS Today = 0 (saving for a night out tomorrow)

Saturday 20th Feb

Not even gonna bother!! I barley ate all day, I was at work for 7am after not getting to bed untill 2am rather drunk, so 4 hours sleep & to many vodkas later I was completley hung over...to hung over to eat properly.

I managed a noodle/pasta salad for lunch (which I picked from morrisons) & a Mug Shot for my supper when I got in @ 7.30pm with a pitta.

complete waste of a food day & Im really disappointed in the past 2 days and hope it doesnt have a bad reflection on Monday!
 
Sunday 21st Feb

Only JUST realised now that the oats so simple & high syned & not a HEXB :(

Breakfast :

Snack :

Salad (lettuce, beetroot, peppers, onion) Free
2 Slices of Ham : Free

28g Cheddar Cheese : 6 Syns
1 Wholemeal Pitta : HEXB

Snack :

Muller Light : Free
Banana : Free

Tea
(will be)

Pasta Sauce, Cheese, Leek & Ham : Free

Total Syns : 12.5

Im really wanting to keep my syns to 1-5 a day for a while to try andf get some decent losses, I really must plan better so I dont have 2 HEX's on EE and end up having to Syn one of them, like above!! Also I really need to check syns of things before I eat them "assuming" the value of it, instead of After and end up with a 6 syn (unsattisfying!) breaky that could of easily been free!
 
I thought that plain Oat so simple was heb choice. The flavoured ones don't count as heb and need synning.

Yeah unfortunatly I had the ones with Golden Syrup in :mad: Ive put them in my locker at work now in case of emergency but they wont be a regular thing, only if I forget to bring something with me. ;)
 
Well lets draw a very big under last week :cry:and try again this week with a red week, I May do ONE green day but only if I get bored of red, if im ok on red all week im sticking to it!!

2 tbs Sp of Kraft Light Honey & Mustard Dressing : 2 Syns

Pint of Water : Free

Snack : 1 slice of Ham

Tea :

Chicken Dopiaza : 1 Syn
198g Jacket Potato : HexB (made in to chips)
198g Jacket Potato : HexB (made in to chips)
Home made Raita : very L.F Natural Yoghurt & Mint Sauce, water : Free

TOTAL SYNS : 4 SYNS
