Not even gonna bother!! I barley ate all day, I was at work for 7am after not getting to bed untill 2am rather drunk, so 4 hours sleep & to many vodkas later I was completley hung over...to hung over to eat properly.
I managed a noodle/pasta salad for lunch (which I picked from morrisons) & a Mug Shot for my supper when I got in @ 7.30pm with a pitta.
complete waste of a food day & Im really disappointed in the past 2 days and hope it doesnt have a bad reflection on Monday!

Im really wanting to keep my syns to 1-5 a day for a while to try andf get some decent losses, I really must plan better so I dont have 2 HEX's on EE and end up having to Syn one of them, like above!! Also I really need to check syns of things before I eat them "assuming" the value of it, instead of After and end up with a 6 syn (unsattisfying!) breaky that could of easily been free!
