was meant to start my lipotrim yesterday but I got my shakes really late so today is my day 1 !! am happy that I got thru (almost) but my head is aching..arrgghh....still drinkin water tho!

hey - well done on getting started !

headache quite common on first few days - keep gluggin the water, take some tabs and just be kind to yourself

the first few days are the worst - it does get easier !
