My I can do this Diary

I have lost 2 stones, go to aerobics once a week.
I have 3 children, married, 1 cat :D
I fell off the diet band wagon only 2 weeks ago, i have gained a couple of pounds. I dont know what i weight right now as i have no working scales.
My last weight in was 12stones 9 lbs.
So starting tomorrow, i am going to tell you everything i eat, then you can all scream and shout at me or say 'well done'...you will say well done wont you :wave_cry:
Well anyway, i also have rheumatoid arthritis, i gained 2 stones from 2 years of on and off steroids. I now take a low dose chemotherapy, which controls the arthritis quite well.
I am due to have a boob reduction in September, so i am bound to lose a couple of pounds there :D
Well here goes, from tomorrow and i am officially back on a diet :giggle:

Today ive had

Breakfast - bowl of Porridge made with skimmed milk, and add teaspoon of honey

Dinner - wholemeal breadbun, filled with tuna and salad. Good for you choc mousse.

Tea - Turkey breast in Piri Piri sauce and risotto with mushrooms peppers onions.
Pink n White marshmallow thingy

Supper - bowl of special k with prunes kiwi and grapes added
Cup of options hot chocolate

also done 1 hour aerobics workout
Breakfast - special k skimmed milk - 120
cup of tea

Dinner - weight watchers soup - 118, slice of ww bread - 66
Good for you choc mousse - 70

Tea - Pasta Bake - 420, 1/4 good for you garlic bread - 104

7th aug

Breakfast - special k skimmed milk 120

Dinner - Tuna wrap, chips salad coleslaw - 490
Half a pintof lager - 90

Tea - Pizza - 800?
glass of wine - 110

tea- chicken pie, salad, corn on cob 700

your doing good :) keep it up, im a bit unsure about the supper though...
