My journey so far!

3 stone now gone! Here's the difference to my face. My now picture is a bit rough haha

I'm a stone down from doing it at home , joined class and have 4 stone to go.

How have you changed to get your latest stone off compared to the first two?

My problem doing from home was messing about having weeks off and ill just take a break and wondered if knocking these on head would make much difference

I have stuck to it and only had one weekend off recently. I've also upped my exercise. I go to Zumba classes 3 times a week and try and fit in a gym session too. It is getting harder though as the weight goes down x
 
What have you got to lose in total? When I first started I had 4 stone 11.5lbs to lose. It's only just now I'm starting to feel like I can actually get to target. X

I've lost a stone I'm now 14st8 and joined group now as I was messing about to much.
I've set my final target at 9 stone
So what 5 and half stone to go. I was doing it at home and my scales at home had me in the 13's joined class And my scales must be wrong and I feel like I've taken 10 steps back. X
 
Don't be disheartened. At least now you are in a group so you know the scales are accurate and it will give you the motivation to stick to it. I find that the group monthly challenges on minimins help. Set a target you want to lose for the month and update the group each week. I find this a motivation x

:) ty I've never done a full week totally by the book I've always given myself a "cheat" day. So ill be excited for wi Monday I'm not wasting £5 a week to cheat
 
I've had two non scales victories this morning! I've not lost any further weight but must have lost inches as a dress I bought from eBay in June which didn't fit (couldn't do the zip up!) now fits! Yay!

Also a jumper I found in my cupboard which hasn't for for four years now fits!

So I have two pounds to go until I hit 3 and a half stone off. I haven't lost much weight since I last updated however I've hit the gym and toned up. I'm feeling so much happier with my body. Still over a stone and a half to go until I hit 'target'. I'm getting there slowly! Here's a pic of me last night (I'm the one on the right in leopard print). I never used to wear dresses as I hated my legs. I looked at this pic after it was taken and couldn't believe they were my legs!
