Well, its about time that i started a little slimming world blog/diary thingie as ive been reading others on here and they're actually quite cool and interesting! Im not sure how mine will turn out, i cannot promise a new post every day but im going to try my best to post on here and keep it all updated 
I have been doing slimming world since mid january this year, and so far ive lost a total of 14 pounds. This weeks weigh in was a shocking 4.5lb loss for me, which was my highest yet. But to be honest, i think it might of been a mixture of not attending weigh in last week (after having a goodish week) as i was poorly. But as soon as i didnt attend weigh in, i fell off the wagon a wee bit. Luckily, i managed to pick myself back up off the floor and got my ass into gear! (With the help of Sum on here too, thankyou again
)
My hopes and dreams are to finally feel how i felt a few years ago.. being slim! I loved the days of being able to go into any shop in the high street and try on a pair of jeans in a size 14. Now days im a size 18, but i can get into a size 16 if i dont breathe! I did very well with slimming world a few years ago, and i even won "slimmer of the year" in the class and was presented with a medal and a flowers. I loved that moment, i was so happy and proud of myself and most importantly felt great.
I really want to feel like that again, bad things happened in my life the year before last which lead me to pile back on the weight. But that part of my life is forgotten about, and its now time to go back to slimville!
So today is thursday 24th of feb, and im having a red day today. Reasons for this is i am trying red days to see how my weight loss is going to go. Since being back on slimming world ive had 1 week of EE (didnt really enjoy myself on it) then the rest has been green days and the odd day of EE. I tend to do EE days on a friday, as i travel to London to see my bf and stay. EE days are great for me on these days as i have no idea whats for tea and i can plan around it by having free foods during the day and so on.
Right, lets get down to my food diary for today -
Healthy A - 250ml ss milk
Healthy A -
Healthy B - 2 slices of ww wholemeal bread.
Healthy B-
Breakfast - nothing
woke up late.
Lunch - chicken, bacon (fat removed) cooked on george foreman, with lots of lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, cress and radishes. Low fat mayonnaise on the side and ww brown bread. Vanilla chocolate sprinkle muller light yoghurt, strawberries and a banana.
Dinner - Extra lean minced beef, onions, oxo and cooked in bisto gravy. Mashed swede and carrot ontop and put in the oven to go crispy. Lots of yummy sweetheart cabbage on the side.
Pudding - another mullerlight yoghurt and fruit of some sort.
Syns - low fat mayo 2.5, bisto gravy 3
Fluids - lots of diet pepsi, milk allowance in tea's. Will try and have just water today aswell as i honestly dont have enough
So this is my first red day, im going to see if i notice the difference or crave potatoes/pasta!
I have another healthy B option to use up..but im in london and theirs nothing really in the bf's house thats available. I might have some more bread with my dinner but i dunno..i may pop up the shop and see if they have any alpen lights.
