My Kindle broke :(

On the verge of a nervous breakdown when I realised my Kindle had died on me. Nothing I tried sorted it. so at the ungodly hour of 0345 I tried Customer Services, fully expecting to be told they were closed til the morning. Nope, got a lovely guy on the phone who talked me through another 2 suggestions for a fix then said 'Ok we'll just send you out a replacement'

I cant believe it theyre sending me out a replacement free of charge and it arrives on Friday morning

Absolutely amazing service!!! Other companies could do well to take note.

They are very good when something goes wrong.

If you didn't get it from there tell us the company so I can use them in the future.

I like companys with good customer service.I would buy something from them even if it cost a couple of £ more.

wow very impressive. Id be the same as you if my kindle died...i have had it a year and its one of my most prized possesions ;)
 
I'm getting a kindle for Christmas, so looking forward to it!
