My new food diary

    So i decided im going to go here to write what I eat during the day, so I can keep track of how im doing....

    Obviously I wont be able to update it every day, but I will try to post my food for the day.

    10-11-09

    Breakfast: Sheddies
    Lunch: Carrots and a cheese string :)
    Dinner: Oven cooked fish with Peas & Sweetcorn

    Snacks: Cube of cheese.

    I think I did quite well today, its just taking a while for my body to adjust to not eating ever half an hour :)
    I will try and post what ive eaten tomorrow aswell.

    Healthy eating lifestyle change
    Good luck i am going to try post everyday too but its not always easy.
    What diet are you following? Are you exercising? I ask because your really not eating enough. What are you drinking through the day??

    I've been drinking lots of water - since I work in a office there is a water dispenser round every corner so its all good :d I'm also following a breakfast, lunch, dinner then snack sort of thing, like before i would skip breakfast and lunch and i would go straight to a huge dinner....anywho, here is my food for the day:

    Breakfast: Bran Flakes
    Lunch: Chicken sandwitch
    Dinner: Cod fillet with peas and sweetcorn
    snacks: 1 chocolate buiscut and 4 cubes of dark chocolate

    Drinks: 6 cups of water.

    today i had:

    Breakfast: Toast :p only 1 slice
    Lunch: Chicken sandwitch and a packet of backed crisps (only 125 calories)
    dinner: Chicken and pasta bake with peas and sweetcorn

    Drinks: 3 cups of water and a cup of milk

    Snacks: 1 buiscut, 2 cubes of dark chocolate

    Lunch: Packet of baked crisps
    Dinner: Peas, Carrots, Sweetcorn and some lovely fish


    Snacks: Small chocolate cake (weight watchers, only 1 point)

    Drinks: 5 cups of water and one cup of orange juice
