So my starting weight on the 8th December was 16 stone 13.
My weight on the 22nd December is 16 stone 10.
I don't want to set myself to fail so I am in average going to aim to lose 1 lb a week. Anything more will be a bonus.
This means if I lose a lb a week it will take me 6 months to lose 1.5 stone. That means in a year by December 2015 I could lose 3 stone which would put me too 13 stone 10. This is my basic aim. Obviously I would like to double that.
I've been living off jacket potatoes and baked beans and eating lots of salad but last night we tried a recipe off the slimming world website and it tasted amazing.
Sticky chicken it's called
We added rice mushrooms and red peppers to it.
I'm going to be putting on this diary how I feel etc. And I'm going to write every day. This isn't for other people it's more so for myself so that I can look back and reflect.
So 22nd how am I feeling
Happy I've lost 3lbs and excited to keep going. My challenge this week is to stick with it I have never reached past week 3 on a diet. But slimming world isn't a diet so I will be fine. I'm just off to the pub I'm in wine spritzers. I have 15 syns to use today so fingers crossed I stick to it!!! X x
