I'm hoping a little blog will keep my motivated. It has to be said - I HATE WATCHING WHAT I EAT but unfortunately it has to be done. I can do so well when I put my mind to it but when I become bored of the idea this is where I fall flat on my face. I'm the heaviest I've ever been at the moment and I feel awful for it and my clothes not fitting has made me worse - the vicious circle of eating because you're sad and being sad because you eat too much 
Day 1 has gone well so far - I'm actually glad to be eating 'proper' food again after the madness of Christmas. I'm going to Venice in February for my 30th birthday so I would really like to lose some weight for then. All help and encouragement will be greatly appreciated - especially cheap & fast meal ideas etc.
