My start day!!

Well hello everyone, I posted last week that I would be starting today.

I had a great weekend, it was my 40th birthday and my sons 2nd birthday yesterday.

So today is THE DAY!!!
Going to take it a bit easy today, but have definately got my head in the right place now.

Am looking forward to getting to know you all!!

Good Luck Ellie, the 1st week should be OK, some people suffer, but most do not, as long as your head is in the right place you will be fine. Enjoy seeing the weight loss for the 1st week, it should be your biggest loss. Look forward to seeing more of you on the forum.
