Ok so I know a lot of people do this but I've seen other people's daily SW diaries and I'm hoping by putting down what I'm eating every day, good or bad, it will push me to do better.
I've done slimming world in the past from home and over 2 years I lost and maintained to keep off 3 stone. I've not really put that much back on (half a stone or so) but my clothes are feeling tight and I don't want to buy any more lol
If anyone can help with my diary and can see where I'm going wrong then please do let me know. I'm not a member and I am just going on some books I dug out and from looking at websites.
BTW ill be starting it tomorrow
Does anyone know how excercise you should be doing in a week??
