I had a large plate of carrots/broc and 4 eat smart sausages, cumberland ones 1/2 syn each, and gravy 1syn... delish...im stuffed and it was lovely, red days are great...all for 3syns, dont you just love this plan....i do

I had Quorn shepherd's pie (with mash on top!), with carrots, peas, sweetcorn, a couple of yorkshire puds and some gravy too! Came to only 8 syns on green (4 for yorkshires, 3 for gravy, 1 for spread in mash). Delish
