My SlimmingWorld journey diary Started 15th August

First day back on SlimmingWorld was on Saturday 15th August.
With Covid situation it was great to get back to group. Since February the last time I went to group I had put on 6.5lbs so with my new weight I am now having a fresh start.
My meal plan on Saturday was:
Chicken heck sausages x 2 (1syn), served with fried egg, beans, tinned potatoes, turkey rashers, plum tomatoes and mushrooms. see photo
Lunch no crust bread (heb), cheese slices(hea), tomatoes, cucumber, cheese curl crisps (3syns) and Aldi yogurt (1 syn) see photo
Dinner- From SlimmingWorld website curry with prawns this was so gorgeous and I have got left overs. All syn free see photo
Snack - chocologic each square is 0.5 syns it is amazing
