My WW healthy and filling food diary

My first week on simply filling!! :)

Did really well today until tea time when my daughter arrived with chocolate brownies ? so have used 12 /49 of my weeklies!!

B- 2 crumpets with streamline jam and a coffee.

L- ww bagel with extra light Philly and cucumber slices and half a bag of ww cheese puffs. 1pps.
Ww rich toffee bar - 2pps

D - mixed bean / vegetable stew with mashed potatoes. Y/puds x 2 -3pps
Choc brownie - 6pps.

Need to cut back on the weeklies for a few days.

Here to follow your diary :) enjoy your first week on SF, mine has totally renewed my enthusiasm for WW! Hoping for a decent loss tomorrow :) let us know how you find it!
