Yes he really fat noodles, I love them.

Was going to add a photo but I don't know how on the ipad.

5pp for noodles and 3pp for the chicken then loads of stir fry veg. Massive plate full for. 8pp

if ur using ipad u just take the photo, then when u type a message click the photo icon and select ur photo :)
 
Just a little soy sauce and some chilli flakes to give it more flavour.

The Points Allowances are set for a reason, if you don't want to eat the full 29pp, you should at least eat 26pp as that's the minimum WW Daily Allowance. X
 
It's maybe just because I'm not well just now but I've not felt hungry enough to eat them all. It gets to this time and I feel like I'd just be eating to up my points. X

Still feeling crap and really fancying rubbish today!

Took kids to mc Donald's and I sat and ate a banana!

Do I could points for a carton of chopped tomatoes? Would a tomato and chilli sauce go with beef steaks?
