You just put in your goals and it works out how many calories you should be eating a day to reach those goals. Then it makes it really easy for you to enter what you are eating as most things are already in the database. Just search for it and add it to your diary :)

Thanks:) ive had a look at it and think ive got the jist of it:) downloaded the app so hopefully it will help me tomorrow :) xx

I've been using it today :) I like the way it tells you about the nutrition aswell its interesting to see what's in my food
