Hi,
There is a new mexican takeaway by my work and I wanted the help of what you think the syns would be for the above. Basically it consists of romaine lettuce, black or pinto beans, grilled chicken or steak, sour cream and cheese. I'm doing original days by the way.

Lettuce, grilled chicken would be fine.
As you're on red, the beans would be synned- 1 oz of boiled pinto beans is 2 syns on red.
The sour cream would be synned- 1.5 syns per level tablespoon.
The cheese would be 6 syns per 1 oz (you'd have to guess, but I reckon it'd be more than 1 oz.)
You'd have to work it out based on how much of each ingredient there was. Sorry I can't be of more help.
