Heyy! My lifeline online doesnt work (need to talk it out with my consultant) can someone check the syn value for the butterfly chicken for me?


Energy (Kcal)= 407.9 Total Carbohydrates (g)=0.2
Protein (g) = 72.3 Carbohydrates - Sugar (g)= 0.2
Total Fat (g) = 13.1 Salt EQ (g) = 2.4
Saturated Fat (g) = 3 Fibre (g) = 0

I *THINK* I worked it out right, but I don't know the portion size. If it's 100g then it would be

14 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
20½ Syns per package/portion on Green
14 Syns per package/portion on Original

Woooah! Glad I took the skin off it with most the sauce and didnt have any other syns yesterday ahaha.

Definitely! It wasnt a huge bit either, I thought coz it was mostly free, and I'd taken the skin off, it would have been like 6syns tops, but oh well, as them calucations say, I was still in the daily limit so no damage
