nandos garlic peri peri sauce, can anyone tell me the syn value cant seem to find it, also would anyone recommend the food directory as i dont want to buy something that im not going to use, how much is it at class the 2010 version? x

Cant find the garlic peri peri but most of the sauces seems to be between 0.5 and 1 syn.

The directory is good but it can go out of date quite quickly if the receipes on products are changed which effects the syn value. Online is always kept up to date so more reliable.

 

aswell just so you know, there is a special syn values subforum for posts like these xx

 

According to their website it is 63 calories for 100g so working on the basis of 20 calories = 1 syn then the syns for a tbsp would be half a syn.

By the way can you keep questions about syn values to the syn values sub-forum rather than on the main board
