Does anyone know the syns in this? Would be amazing on SW wedges/chips

The sauce is 0.5 for 1 level tbsp. But if it's just a seasoning like salt/pepper etc. I would imagine it to be free - but don't take my word on that!

it only lists the marinade which as stated is half

Is that the online one? My book has got marinade, sauce, things cooked in it, everything except sprinkle!

great question - i went on friday and had the chips with the peri-peri sprinkle. I am struggling to syn the chips (see post nandos) any ideas as it is not on the website. They were goregous by the way and would really spice up the SW free chips lol!!
