Does anyone know how many syns are in this? Like a tbsp or something? Was on offer in Asda so I bought some and also the Garlic Peri Peri one? I'm gonna go back and get some. I'm in a Nando's mood

I have the garlic one, been using it quite a lot & not counting it (naughty!) but haven't noticed it affecting my loss at all.
