does anyone know how many syns are in a Nandos chick wrap please?

nando's isn't listed directly in the directory, but mexican takeaway is..
what do you define the chicken wrap as???

chicken chimichangas 370g portion is 37.5 syns
chicken quesidillas 210g portion is 33 syns
chicken enchiladas 275g is 22 syns
chicken fajitas 315g is 25 syns

Thanks for the info.
The Nandos site lists the ingredients -
Chicken Breast Fillet. Green salad leaves, chilli jam and yoghurt mayonnaise with PERi-PERi and coriander in a chilli wrap

So I suppose it's the syns for the chilli jam, yoghurt mayo & the tortilla wrap.

chicken too if you don't know how it was cooked.. for all you know it was deep fried..

I have been to nando's a lot and without the skin i imagine it would be fine (Never had a wrap but i imagine the skin is off?)
Syn everything else?
