Well I've ate it now anyway lol.

Went on Nandos website and looked at the nutrition information there. It works out as

2½ Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
2½ Syns per package/portion on Green
4½ Syns per package/portion on Original

Where a "portion" is 100ml.
