Arghh feel so bad totally blown it just had few fork fulls of chicken kebab few sips if rose wine I felt so quilty couldn't eat or drink anymore think I'm stressed as im going into hospital Monday for a laparoscopy !! Cos I've just blown it how much do you think it will effect my weigh In on Wednesday xx

just to let you no i did eat on tuesday, but it happens . I got back on track straight away and so far i think ive lost 2 lb ,hope this helps

good luck with the lapaoscopy hun. i had this a few years ago.... bloats you like MAD!!!! & the pain in your shoulders in unreal.
