Nearly there but...

Am VERY close to goal now, just 4 lbs left to lose (have lost 44 lbs ) but I had a planned break this weekend as we were having a weekend away, didn't go mad but ate a couple of meals that weren't low-carb but didn't drink alcohol.

Just had a sneaky weigh in and I've put on 3lbs! Am very shocked that much can go on in just 48 hours :-(
Of course I will be back on the straight and narrow as from now, but any ideas how quickly that 3 lbs can come off? I know it's probably mostly water, but I don't like it at all!
 
I'm in the same boat! I got back yesterday from a week away and scales say I've put on 5lbs! I'm starting back today but I recon it shouldn't take too long aaslong as u drink lots of water!

It shouldn't take long to come off its your glycogen stores refilling not any "weight" if you KWIM Glycogen stores are used before you start to lose weight as in fat, and they are the first to fill when you eat a balanced diet.
