Hi, bit about me, I had lost 20lbs up to December then I did the master cleanse as completed the 10 days and lost 10lbs! I havnt weighed myself for about 2 weeks And I'm dreading it! I know it's goin to be upsetting because I tried so hard to complete the master cleanse and even though I really thought I would be strong willed over Christmas, I wasn't so here I am.
I'm looking for a buddy who is going to be starting/restarting SW to help me and who is also after support. No one I am really close to wants to lose weight or needs to lose it anymore and I feel like I need someone who I can go to for help and advice or even just a chat when the people I live with are pigging out!
I appreciate it that this is the nature of the site but in particular I am looking for a female around the 25 mark weighing around 13 stone.
