Need advice on Slimming World!!!

yeah the mugshots, low fat supernoodles great for quick lunches at work!! sometimes have a mugshot, one of those ready made fruit salad pots from asda they are £1, and a yoghurt!! makes for a pretty filling lunch. i dont find slimming world too expensive to be honest, as like you say you can get these things for cheap and fruit and veg we can get for cheap at places like aldi. plus i eat alot of quorn which is cheaper than meat and fish!! you can make it as cheap as you want it really.


i am always suprised at how easy slimming world is to follow lol its just a healthy eating plan really, and then the 15 syns for naughty things such a butter for toast, chocolate treats etc. i love it hun you should deffo join if youre stuck with anything us on here are sure to help you
