Need help to try again :(

Hi all

Some of you may remember me from back in May.

I did total for 11 weeks and lost 3st 2lb in that time. I came off for two reasons. One being my summer holiday to Florida and the other due to low blood pressure and dizzy spells.

I am so gutted i came off because it was so fantastic. Dont get me wrong i havent piled the weight back like some people said i would, but i really need to try again to lose the last two stone im carrying.

I was just wondering if anyone could help me get my mojo back. Im struggling so badly to find the inspiration i need.

I find i am full of good inentions as soon as i wake and then within an hour i give in.

I know how worth it this diet is and cannot understand why i am finding getting back on it so hard.

Any kick up the bums will be welcomed :)

Good luck Mandie. I'm only only day 1 of week 3 so not completely and expert yet but I do know I've lost 10Ib and couldn't be happier. I feel brilliant. My clothes feel so much better and I feel so much better about myself already...so....just think, that could be you in 2 weeks x

I have to say, I always found it hard to get that kind of motivation from other people. It always had to come from me - so if I was struggling to stick with it, I really had to just stop myself and think of all the reasons I wanted to do it in the first place. Sometimes you forget that you're doing this for you - and in the end really, only you can make yourself stick with it. I think you just need to take a step back and remember that you're an adult, you're in control of your life and only you can actually take the action you need to take in order to lose weight.

Do you want it? Then go get it!

Edit: I'll update my ticker eventually, but I'm maintaining for several months now. And jeez, if I can do it, you can too.

Well done so far! You must be really proud. Why not look at the different slimming clubs and try something like Slimming World... It's easy, you won't get hungry and honestly, it works! Swooping to different plans, on your health journey cam really motivate you! Good luck. X

If you feel LL is right for you then maybe think about;
what you want to achieve?
Is this the right time and method for you?
Will you be going to the classes, can you speak to your LLC?
Are you doing this for YOU?
Have a look at some of the before and after pics, they are really what helped me get started.
Have you got the LL magazine
Think about the changes you'd like to make to your life -
is it for looks, clothes, Christmas, a special event, to improve your health or self-esteem?
Maybe make a list.

Hiya Mandy :) I am a re-starter too it is hard to get back on the plan but oh so worth the effort, if I am struggling I look at the before and afters on here and on the LL web page, I read the LL books and I try to visualize my self where I want to be at the end of my journey which is a slinky size 14 .....I have made a mood board that is on the wall in my kitchen, I have put on it pictures of all the things that inspire me for example - Dita van tease I would love to be her shape! my daughter thought I had lost the plot ! but it inspires me to keep going xx you can do it as you said this LL is hard but the results are amazing xxx
