Need help with a recipie

Hi,
can anyone help? I have a recipe for a microwave cake but at the moment I have it as 5 syns. Now the recipe calls for 150g or caster sugar. If I could swap this out for splenda it would come down to 3 1/2, how much splenda should I use? obviously it won't be 150g worth but I don't know what amount to use:sigh:
