    Good evening all!

Planning an original day tomorrow but I desperately need help with lunch.

    B: 2 x Weetabix(HEXB), milk(HEXA) & fruit
    L: Ham & ?????
D: Chilli Con Carne (Kidney Beans HEXB) baked potato (will syn this)

I have no salad items in except for beetroot. It has to be something I can take to work as a packed lunch or can warm through in the microwave.

    Any ideas anyone????????

    Thanks lots :)

Not what you're asking I know but why not just go EE? That way your kidney beans and your potato would be syn free!

The subject of lunches comes up every couple of days so it would be well worth your time doing a search because there are loads of threads on this already. You'll find some great ideas!

Ham goes well with eggs & tomatoes, do you have any butternut squash you could roast beforehand & warm up in the microwave.

You could swap a hexb & have ham with tinned pineapple???
