Need help with my food diary

I started slimming world 4 weeks ago and have lost 11 pounds. Its been very odd. The first week i lost 6 pounds. Went on abit of a boozy bender the second week and put on half a pound. I then booked holiday and had a week off so the third week i cam back for weigh in i lost 7 pounds! Then i have ben weight tonight and have put on a pound and half! Im really confused. Im a vegetarian and mainly stick to little carbs lots of fruit and veg. Just confused because i dont want to yoyo. And i dont know why i am because im good and stick to my syn value. Any suggestions on what i should eat, like step by step....i do get stuck on what to eat sometimes xx
