Need help!

    Diet:
    weightwatchers
    I need help getting back on track with ww, not been to class in 3 weeks and feeling really horrible and bloated. Ive got a wheat intolerance and ive also totally went off the rails with that. Just finding things soooo hard just now.
    Anyone else out there who is struggling?

    Awww pet not struggling now but have been here before. Best thing is to get back to a meeting then you know where you stand and if you've lost you'll feel great. It is really hard when you've lost a bit and then get stuck. Try some new recipes, a different exercise routine, setting some targets and treats. It is horrible when you are struggling but just remember how well you have done so far and how much you want it!!!
