Hi to all i am new at this And i need help lol not doing great at the diet apart from 1st week i lost 5lb but my 2nd i gained a pound and a half i didnt eat junk food at all i had 6 light beers but for the week i den ate only free foods and super free and super speed foods so i taught that would put me back on track but it didnt, i am on my 3rd week and i have weigh myself at home and my weigh is rising
Second week is notorious for people sts or gaining - it's your body fighting back against the week one weight loss. Lots of people see it and you just need to push past it. If you want to be sure you could post your diary and we'll take a look to make sure you are not missing anything.
And don't sneaky peek on your scales in between weigh-ins. Your weight goes up and down naturally from day to day by as much as 7lbs so although they are showing a gain just now that's not necessarily what the will say on weigh in day
PS would you mind changing the colour of your font. Pale pink is really hard to read to be honest
