Need nuts

Does anyone know how many syns are in the Sahara nuts that you get warm in bars? Going out tonight and know there will be some so either want the syn value so I can indulge or so it puts me off them!!!!

I don't know about this brand, but regular salted peanuts are 8.5 syns per 28g.

Thanks Theyre just like nobbys nuts with the outer shell so guessing theyll be more

I went cold turkey on peanuts... once I start, I can't stop! Too nommy to resist! Hope you enjoy them if you indulge!
