Need some help on EE plan!!!!!

Hi there,

I would like to start slimming world from home as at the moment can't afford to join.
I would like to follow the extra easy plan but don't really know where to start.
I used to do WW but got fed up with weighing stuff.
I just need the basic rules for EE plan.

Any help would be great :)

Hi,

I do mine from home too, have been doing it for 2 weeks and have lost 7.5bs. I also did WW before but got really fed up weighing everything.
I do EE and the basic idea is you have 1/3 plate salad/veg, 1/3 plate pasta/rice/potatoes and 1/3 plate very lean meat. You also have the Healthy choice A and Healthy choice B to choose each day. I have a friend who goes to the meetings so i have photocopied her books which detail all the info on these choices and syn listings - have you got anyone you can access these from? Once you've got the info then you will be fine and its super easy!
I'm pretty sure somewhere on here you can find out the majority of the info. Sorry i cant be more helpful!
