Need Some Help!

Hi, I am new to this dieting thing so I don't really know where to start.

I was just wandering, is having two Ryvitas with a scraping of Light Philidelphia and a couple of cherry tomatoes with salt and pepper healthy for lunch?

To me that's healthy but what do I know haha.

Hi, yes it is healthy, though you can have more than that if you wanted with your healthy extras, if you are going to slimming world classes and have the books, there are pages containing all your healthy extra A & B choices!! I would have to bulk that out with a fat free yoghurt and a peice of fruit as i would probably faint just having that for lunch lol!!! Your healthy extras are there to be used, as is all free food on the plan, just try and make sure you are eating enough, good luck xx
 
I would have a salad with that too and either eggs or a tin of tuna drained from the brine!
I would be starving with just that little!
