Need to find my will power!

So tomorrow I'm starting back on Cambridge, I lost 2 stone last year before my wedding and was on my way to my 9 stone target, but it all went wrong after the wedding, I didn't continue with the diet or follow maintenance and have now put all the weight back on and it has devastated me. I'm not hugely overweight, but would love to lose 4 stone and get down to 8 and a half stone, being overweight affects my confidence, how I feel about clothes and my sex life,I've had enough! My main problem is I have a serious will power issue, I've even considered CBT, does anyone have any suggestions?
 
I have no will power, I started cwp on step 3 on 30th January, then after a few weeks step 2 and I've lost nearly 4 stone, its been hard, some weeks I've binged, but tried to control them, I've had weeks where I've lost 1lb I've even had a week where lost nothing even though I thought I'd done well that week, the difference this time is when I fall off the wagon I jump straight back on, not the next day or next weighin, straight after the fall I give myself a good talking to and have never thought about giving up.

On bad days I take one situation at a time, every craving, every mood swing, its all we can do until our habits change.

Good luck and keep posting, I feel so much better after coming on here if only to read other people's posts.
 
Sorry only just seen your message, I ended up not starting a few weeks ago due to finances and am starting now tomorrow morning, I'm nearly at 13 stone and really really want to get down to 9 stone, how are you finding it?
