need to loose nearly half my weight!

    Hey everyone!
    I am 5'5 and I need to loose half my body weight! I have lost about 33 pounds but I still want to loose nearly a hundred more! it feels like such an impossible task! I am calorie counting and eating healthy. I have had two babies close together and I really need toget me back. I have read this board many times and find everyone inspirational!! so thank you :)

    well done on your weight loss so far!!!! I too have 'half of me!!!!' to lose and am doing the same as you, healthy eating and a little exercise.

    setting mini goals is a great idea..the bigger picture was too daunting and depressing for me :D

    Good luck, I look forward to chatting with you. Have you thought of starting a diary on here? that's where I can be found most days!

    Good idea from Rose, a diary means you need to hop on here at least once a day and that gives you focus. Other people pop in to your diary and take an interest and that helps so much. Rose and i often visit each other's diaries (and others too of course) and it is always lovely to see how we are doing and help and encourage as much as possible.

    You can do this, you have proved that already, so keep going!

    Thank you for your replies! the diary sounds good! where do I find that or do I just start one on the main board? Good luck to both of you! I like the idea of mini goals to. I keep getting so overwhelmed and feel really disheartened when I think of the BIG goal :/

    Losing half of you seems daunting when you start out, but if you are determined and find a weight loss method that suits you and your lifestyle it is certainly possible.
    When you look on Minimins you will see many of us who have done it on the different weight loss programmes.
    I did it over 2 years ago and have maintained since. One of my proudest achievements. The support from people on here really helped, especially seeing other people's real success, made me realise I could do it too. I used to love looking at the before and after pictures - still do.
    I wish you success. You will get plenty of support on this forum.
    Don't forget to have a "before" photo - most of us hate those!

    wow!!! that is amazing! i have taken some before pics, I can't wait to look back on them. I would be proud if I was you as well!! you look amazing!

    Hi everyone,

    I'm new to the site so just finding my way around a bit. I also have to lose half my body weight and a little bit more. Started on WW propoints a couple of weeks ago.
