Need Your Ideas - To Keep Me on Track Next Weekend...

Hi

I am off to Cambridge Folk Festival next week - from Thursday afternoon until Sunday evening. We will be camping with a one ring cooker and no fridge - i need meal ideas urgently. Quite happy with breakfast as can have 'fry up' or eggs or cereal - it's the evening meals I need your assistance with. Happy with both Red and Green ....... thanking you in advance for all your fabulous ideas.. :help2:

i'd take some disposable bbq's

mango salads
BBQ's using Jo's syns free range
jacket spuds on BBQ
packet pasta then boil kettle in flask, pasta is supposed to cook its self this way apparently
beans on toast
