Here I am three weeks later and 3lb heavier.  Not very good.  I have gone back to old habits of just eating things like supermarket cookies and chocolate bars when I am passing.  I am considering a six week drive to get down somewhere between 6 and 12 lb in time for the summer holidays.  It would only be a short term solution but I can't just watch the weight creep on up forever.
a new diary is in order I think and I might put it in the main section as I have not thought SW thoughts for a good little while now.
