My hubby plays footy on a saturday and i take the litte ones to watch.
last saturday after the match we went back to the pub he runs from and they put food on for the team. Before you ask i didn't have any :cry:but the landlady made a chinese chicken curry and my hubby insisted i try one mouthful as the chicken was to die for.......... so i did (maybe a syn or two) and it was it melted in my mouth, never had such nice chicken. I went to ask her where she got the chicken from and suprisingly she said "NETTO's, it comes in a big bag and it's cooked and frozen and costs about 3 quid!" so i've been to get some today despite the fact i don't really shop at nettos. Now I want some ideas of recipes to use it in (not curry) but something for a nice friday nite in with a bottle of wine!!!! I do recommend this chicken to anyone who's not to particular of where they shop, its called Meadow Vale fully cooked chicken breast and comes in a 800g bag!!!!!
