Never been under 11 stone

and for the last 3 weigh in's I have STILL not got there, 11 stone 6, 11 stone 4 and today 11 stone 2!!!

This seems so painfully and frustratingly slow. I'm sticking to the plan, drinking water, walking daily and it's just SO SLOW at the minute. I've never in my life seen 10stone something and it will be a massive boost when I get there.

I was watching my friend run a half marathon today and had my bar which knocked me sick so I bought some emergency ham (and I've already defrosted my salmon for tonight) but from tomorrow I am going back to weighing my protein to see if that helps. I'm also going to make a bowl of veggies to snack on that helps me 'go' and therefore lose weight. It's a plan.

Does anyone else have any stalling tips??
